Nowadays the annual production of the vinery amounts to 40 thousand bottles of Chateau Livran Cru Bourgeois, 70 thousand bottles of Les Sources de Livran, and 40 thousand bottles of special cuvee Fleur de Tais.

Grapes and wines are produced by traditional methods in compliance with the principles of efficient use of land and organic fertilizers.

The said 55% of Merlot and 45% of Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties are cultivated on 27 hectares of argillo-calcareous terroirs. The average age of vine shoots is 15-30 years.

The average grape crop amounts to 45-50 hectoliters per 1 hectare.

For the first year wine is fermented and aged in stainless-steel or concrete tanks, then it is kept in high-quality French oak casks during 12 months. Oak casks are renewed every 2 years.
